BIS Failure (Refund and Network release)

As always I have to come to a site like this to get my problem attended to with some sort of competence. My BIS issues have finally driven me to port to another network. I want a refund for my BIS loaded at 10am this morning 23-11-2013. I also want my device released from the cell c network so when i port to Vodacom they can effectively add me to their network. The consumer protection website that is coming soon is completely inspired by cell c. Good luck to you
