Your employ telemarketers who lie

Once again I have received another call from a Vodacom telemarketer wanting to discuss something with me.
Immediately I asked if she was going to try and sell me something to which she responded that she was not going to try and sell me something and just wanted to talk about my contract.
I said okay and that she could go on... only to be told about how I should look at spending more on my current contract and upgrade it.
She to me plain and simple. I asked if she was selling. She said no. She proceeded to try and sell me something. It's bad enough that I get bothered by these insufferable telemarketers, but now I have to be to by them as well?
Stop wasting my time Vodacom!
