I have been waiting since 07/11/2013 for sucessful installation of Telkom landline & ADSL. A technician has been there 3 times already. The last time was 15/11/2013 - they attempted installation again, left without even plugging phone in and nothing was working. I spent over an hour on my cell phone to the Call Centre and eventually gave up. The line is dead and the modem not syncing. Another fault was logged and a technician was supposed to come again yesterday. I received a confirmatory sms and telephone call but nobody pitched up yesterday. I'm on the line to Call Centre again, as we speak, and being passed from pilar to post. I want to scream!!!
