COMPLAIN REGARDING BAD SERVICE AT YOUR RESTAURANT

I am writing to you with concerns about the service I received at your restaurant, Nandos Ghandi Square (Johannesburg), today Friday 22nd at 13h30.

I waited an hour for my order (order number 67 table 23) which never came at all and sat there while watching people who came way after me eat, and your table attendants recognised I was endlessly waiting for my meal but never bothered to ask if I have been attended yet. I went to my waitress to inform her of the matter. At no point did she offer me an apology nor communicate what might have been a discriminatory delay all about.

I have also posted this message on your facebook and I have not yet gotten a response, and even sure if it also disregarded.

I have been a loyal patron at Nandos Ghandi Square for a almost a decade spending my lunch hours there. After hundreds of visits, this was the very worst experience I have had.

I would like to be compensated with either a gift certificate or a complementary voucher for future use.
