Well trained, very efficient

I took out a contract with Telkom Mobile on Tuesday. Zwai gave me excellent service - what a joy compared to other suppliers who don't have enough well-trained.pro-active staff. In particular Zwai is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and quick in processing an application and giving the correct information. His after-sales care was very good - he called often to advise me that I could collect the phone, left clear, understandable messages, and he recognised me when I walked into the store the next day to collect the phone. Please promote this young man - there are not many of his kind! I am almost 52 years old, and have created and managed quality control systems in my job. I think I know potential when I see it :)
