My account was migrated from contract to prepaid (due to me leaving the company i worked for) and the account letter shows the balance paid with migration fees etc. I was advised that my accounts will be put on Top-up so that i don't lose benefits as i have paid for them in advance, I paid over R4000 for this. This meant that i will still be getting services like BIS and airtime i used to get as i have paid for this. i am not getting any of these services, i cannot even top-up. i asked to be moved to pre-paid so that i can get a new contract using the same number and I'm told its not possible. Can somebody at Nashua please sort this out? I am really dont understand why this is impossible, otherwise please give me back my money. Extremely poor service from Nashua
