What is going on?

I am so disgusted with the POOR SERVICE that I am receiving from vodacom! I have contacted them numerous times to complain about the internet connection and I am so mad now that I am thinking of severing all ties with this company!! It is worse now than what is was five years ago when they started the wireless service!! I am going get a heart attack and they will be responsible!!! every freaking month they take their money out of my account but when it comes to deliver SWEET BLUE NOTHING!!! Let me tell you something vodacom when the time comes to renew this SIX CONTRACTS I am thinking to change to ANOTHER COMPANY!! I AM SICK SICK SICK SICK OF!!! BATTLING TO GET A INTERNET CONNECTION AND WHEN I CALL YOUR CALL SENTRUM TO BE TOLD TO TAKE OUT THE SIM AND RUB IT AGAINST MY CLOTHS OR TURN OFF THE LAPTOP AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!
IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH THE SERVICE THAT I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH YOU CAN GO TO!!! AND I WILL CHANGE MY SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
