Unsatisfadction regarding service provided

I brought an xperiorZ sony phone from harrismith mtn shop about two months ago and recently had a problem with charging my phone.the service provider who assisted me at the shop broke the charger usb port and said it was loose, then the phone had to go for repairs and it came back today and it wasn't repaired because they said it was beyond economical repairs and that means it will not be paid under warranty en that means I have to pay an estimated amount of about R6000, im really upset of the service delivery and very disappointed. Please help me, i would be very delighted if you guys help me out.thank you, from khabane
