In July 2013 I took out a Mygig2 package Online (first 3 months free subscription) I specifically told them I only wanted the 2 gigs data a month and I would sort myself out if I needed more data. On 15/7/2013 my account was debited with R70-26. The end of the following months I was charged the (free) subscriptions.
On my statement dated 3/9/2013 I was charged R338-15 for Data used (over and above my 2 gig).
I phoned Customer Services on 13/9/2013 and advised them of my problems. I phoned again on 30/9/2013, 5/10/2013, 15/10/2013 and 4/11/2013 and each time I was told that I would get a call the same day with a response. Today is the 19th and I have never had a call from anyone.
Is this what Vodacom call CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I DON'T THINK SO!!!
What does one have to do to get a response from Vodacom???
