Bad Service from Cell C after signing a contract

I received a call from some lady @CellC in Parktown, she offered me two contracts and promised to be with me all the way until I received my phones and connected them. She didnt honour her promise, and I couldnt remember what her name was so when I called CellC again I was speaking to a different person. The problem is I orderred a curve and a bold, and asked that lady that I want my fone to be black. Both the orders arrived at the agreed time but when I checked my fone it was white. So I called CellC and spoke to a guy who told me that they going to listen to the voice recordings and then come back to me. Its been over a month they listening to recordings but nothing has been done or said to me. I called them again today and i was told that nothing can be done if 7 days has passed without returning the fone.
