On the 8th I called to upgrade and was assured that I will receive my new phone by the 15th. I enquired on the 14th whether there are specific colours I could choose from and wanted info on insurance. I was sent from pillar to post as no-one could assist me. Upon calling to confirm delivery on the 15th, Chenay Thompson informed me that they do not have stock. I am livid as no-one had the decency to contact me and forewarn me that there be delays. I requested to speak to a manager (conveniently unavailable) who was to call me back. I received a call from a Pono (the initial upgrade agent) who confirmed that they have no stock. If I hadn't made the call, I would not have known this. Pono and his manager arranged a alternate phone which I should've received yesterday. TO DATE-NOTHING!! No feedback either. Management is never available and lets the agents do their dirty work. I demand an explanation and or a phone by COB TODAY or I am taking my business elsewhere. Get someone COMPETENT to sort out this mess!!
