No Feedback on overcharge after a week

Good day

I bought a Simsonke sim card a while back and bought R20 airtime. I was supposed to get 7days free calls to another Simsonke number after 9pm. I made calls to the other sim card in my pack and was charged each time when I made that call when it was supposed to be free. Every time I made a call and was charged I called the call centre to log the query and they said it was supposed to be free and they will contact me within 72 hours. Nobody has gotten back to me and Im afraid if I do by more airtime under this promo it will again not work. 7126184 is the reference.
