No response to a previous complaint

On 3 November I put in a complaint regarding MTN being unable to complete my transfer of my personal MTN account into my business's name. (my signed contract for the transfer is dated 20 September 2013). 4 days after my original hello peter complaint, I got a message from MTN saying they will escalate the matter to Regional Management who will revert. It is now the 18 November and I am yet to have a response. Can somebody in senior management from MTN please contact me so that I can complete my transaction! This is becoming absolutely pathetic.
