I received a faulty blackberry cell phone from Vodacom Brooklyn. I took it back within my 7 days. The phone was booked in wrongly (7 times) according to Graig (manager vodacom brooklyn). After many phone calls and effort from my side the problem is still not been sorted out. Vodacom refuse to credit the cell phone???
IT IS NOW ALREADY 3 MONTHS later and i am still waiting for them to sort this out. This is unacceptable!!!
