Callers Cannot Hear Me

My phone was working just fine. I bought the SIM card about a month ago and have not had any issues. Then all of a sudden, about 3 days ago, callers cannot hear me when they call or when I call them. I can hear them just fine. I see there have been other similar complaints. i am using an iPhone 4 and have reset all settings and network settings thinking that would help. It did not. Would be great if someone could assist. Unfortunately, if someone calls me... they won't hear me :(
