Such rubbish!!!

I have never come across such a bad service provider.
Mtn is honestly failing on even the simplest levels
1. On Sat morning I bought airtime, converted half into data the other half stayed as airtime. This purchase n load was made round 10:45 am I sent an sms and made 3 failed calls but by 6 pm that day I had R0.00 left yet the data is not moving I called the call centre and as usual waited FREAKEN 10min before the caLl is answered after holding for about 20-25 min I had no ans to my questions. WHAT A SURPRISE!

2. I just loaded airtime at 8pm and guess what? Its all gone u call mtn n there's no one to assist.

Mtn this is th very reason why people are leaving for other networks, if its not the service u get instore, its the lack of product knowledge and carelessness. Your call centre staff takes hours to answer calls and when u done you still have no answers. This is absolute nonsense train your people get more staff do something and MOSTLY give us answers.
I regret moving over to you and I would like you to please come collect your phone and reimburse me. I'd rather be with someone that will help me.
