I bought a faulty Blackberry

Hi I bought 2 blackberry 9320's on contract from Vodacom at Key West and had a problem with 1 of them. I have send the 1 in for repairs 3 times and keeps on coming back with another fault I am never late with my payments but it seems like I'm paying for a broken phone. I am not happy with the service and won't have any other contracts from Vodacom.
