Signed up for contract, paid, but no service!!!

Almost two weeks ago I applied for an 8ta 7.5GB data contract. I was told to allow 2 to 3 days for delivery. Since then the R299 has been deducted from my account but still no delivery. I received a call 2 days ago informing me that they don't have the included router and they don't know when they'll have stock again. I Asked the person if he can find out and let me know. He was supposed to call me right back. This did not happen. I have now called 8ta at least 50 times and can't get anyone to help me, i either get cut off the whole time or get told to phone 0210030110 (Cell direct. It was not them who sold me this contract but 8ta). The person from 8ta called me from 0219446800, but that number does not accept calls an no one from Telkom can tell me which department this is. I have now at last got someone who asked me for proof of the debit that was done to my account. I e-mailed her the bank statement and now have to wait for them to get back to me again. I have found the service received from 8ta less than satisfactory.
