Unacceptable!

We've added another contract to our existing contracts on Monday 11/11/2013 (smart m) for a galaxy S4 . Its Friday today and I still haven't received my goods, Every day when I enquire I'm told the phone will be delivered the next day, but to no avail. This is very poor service from vodacom, so I'm still waiting...
