Today is the 15th November.
On the 8th you said you will speedily address the refund etc...
Clearly your definition of speedily is not the same as mine. And clearly you don't care either.

So here's some motivation for you.
You will 1 - deposit my refund in full in my account before 12 (midday) today.
You will mail me the 2 - reconciliation and 3 - explanation for the calculations, as well as a 4 - letter of apology signed by the most senior person in Autopage. As well as the 5 - confirmation that the MTN Unlimited #G package will not exceed R299.00 for the remainder of the period of the contract.

If I don't get it by 12 (midday) today. I will come see you CEO of AUTOPAGE, Mr. Craig Venter. And I will take with me my legal counsel as well as some representative from the media, to address the means of Autopage steeling people's money under the auspices of a "administrative error" and then refuses to return the funds or provide a proper explanation. Isn't that?
