Online billing not working

Since this month (Nov 2013), Telkom does not send bills to your email anymore but provides you with a link to the online billing facility on the website. I have tried this previously and it was not working - still isn't. Now apparently part of my bill has not been paid (I assume we have reach the debit order limit) but I cannot see why the account is suddenly so high due to the unavailability of the account. I am assuming it has something to do with restructured ADSL services, but this is still to be confirmed as I received no notice of how the changes will affect me.

Why can't I see my bill online? Surely if it is promised as an option it should work?
