MTN scamming with data charges!

I want the contact details of your highest authority in charge of the data calls & billing. The highest as I am at my highest peak of exploding with anger & frustration.

I have called various times querying a full itemized report of my data usage (time stamps, dates & urls) for September and October 2013. I was advised that it would take 5-10 working days for me to receive this, it is now the 16th working day and I am still waiting. This is unacceptable!! You are quick to take my money, now that I need assistance, you drag your feet.

My patience has worn out, so failure to deal with this issue ASAP will result in me taking this further - media, legal, ICASA & the FSB
