Continued after Vodacom confirmed resolved

I reported a complaint October 30th about REF 1233142 that happened on my profile without my knowing.

I tried to resolve this matter before I left the Courtney to go overseas & informed Vodacom that while I'm aboard I cannot see to this as I've done my part by giving the affidavit.

since my report I was assured this was resolved today November 14th I receive a statement for charges to a Galaxy tablet with a delivery address in Wadeville which doesn't belong to me.

I sent Vodacom & named person above my affidavit REF S3-T6T2R-RJ0DT & once again nothing has been done about this

I have handed this over to my attorney as vodacom had breached their security agreement & this is unacceptable
