No internet!

I was recommended 8ta when home internet down. Bought SIM card and loaded 2 1 gig promo data bundle.. Used up within 1 day??? Thought my error so purchased additional promo bundle. For almost a week now, cannot connect to internet using laptop and Blackberry... Numerous calls to call centre confirm not my error, but no service from 8ta.. Tell me due to them upgrading! This has been a waste of money and time!! Thank goodness that my home wireless internet has been restored.
