Cannot cancel my contract due to inadequate branch

Hi

I went to the MTN store in the Standard Bank building in Pretoria CBD yesterday to query about my existing 3G contract with MTN and cancel it. They were offline. Today I went back to the same store, and now they don't have a printer and once again cannot help me.

Please, sort the store out so I can get some service.
