Cell C
Deducting money when the shouldnt and then blockin

It is has been hoe many times that cell c is deducting money when they shouldnt. after i got a call from cell c saying that they wont deduct money till the end of the month. Then i get a message saying i need to pay in the amount otherwise they will block my phone. After i spoke to some one at cell c customer service promising me it wont happen again and they wont block my phone or get a sms saying i need to pay in a certain amount. I dont owe them anything until the end of the month. I am very discusted and disappointed. I feel like taking this much futher. If my phone gets blocked there will be trouble.
