Irritating Pop-Up Messages

Since mid October I've been receiving pop-up messages and downloads which i don't know where they come from. Since then my Data Bundles don't last like all the other months. I've called the customer care and requested that it all be stopped and told that i'm not subscribed to anything but the annoying pop-ups are still happening. will someone please just take it all away or i'll walk into an MTN stop and leave the phone there and will collect it once all has been stopped.
