I logged a complaint that my airtime and data has been depleted without my knowledge. When I called the lady insisted that I'm using the internet. When I told her that I don't use it as often as she insists, she then said I subscribed to something that is using all my airtime and data but she will contact them to stop it. I'm disappointed that the lady insisted I'm using all my data but yet she could trace the number (0820025930) and put a stop to it. If it was me subscribing to something, why was she able to unsubscribe?
