Bad Service All Round

I have just about had it with Autopage. Their complete inability to delivery and service Of any kind is pathetic at best. If it isn't bad service through reception it bad service from the call center.
Went down to CapeTown over the weekend on business only to find out that my 3g card doesn't work done there. Called up the call center only to be to that have been throttled, this I accepted but to do this to the point that I cannot work, that breach of contract pure and simple. Having not be satisfied in their response I phoned back again, only to be redirected 5 times, giving my number 5 times, telling the same story 5 times. Pathetic!!! Seems like when someone cannot help you they pass you to another who is even more inept than the first one. Someone finally took my details, said they will investigate and get back to me. Well I am back in JHB and still not feedback.
The usual response is that the simcard is faulty. When I finally fill in a pile of unneeded documentation it takes them 2 weeks to activate the card. Again pathetic!!!
I am not even bothering to phone them for my lack service when I am at the office because they will be unable to resolve the issue.
