I don't know how many times one person has to call to get any response or feedback from African Bank. Pathetic Service. No follow ups, and don't even request to speak to a supervisor as they either permanently on lunch or keep their phones off the hook. I was supposed to receive my card three weeks ago and have had to follow up every day and am lucky to get a response perhaps once a week. according to their systems I have already received my card - and why have I not activated it. seriously pathetic service really disgusted. sales people are very quick to help the first time round and after just don't give a.
