Cell C invoicing wrong amount

After seeing a good deal for a new cell phone contract, I I signed a contract for R199 per month. When the final documentation was printed out in the shop, it said price R249 per month. I asked consultant Bryan why there was a discrepancy, and he pointed to another line on the page where it said R199 per month, saying I should ignore the R249. I pursued this, and Bryan asked a further 3 staff in the shop about this. I was told it was irrelevant. I duly proceeded with the contract. I never received an account. On the first month I saw the amount was higher, but ignored it as I was aware that the first month included a prorate amount. After the second payment went off at R249, I went into the Sandton store to query this. Bryan has left that branch; on looking at the contract, he did not sign the areas he was meant to sign; he also entered my email address wrongly on the computer - hence I had not received accounts. No manager was available. I lodged a complaint and was told it would be resolved in 48 hours. 4 days later I returned to the store. Nothing had been done to rectify the error. I was again told that it would be 48 hours to resolve. It is now another 3 days, with no result.
