CELL C - NO RESOLUTION

Dear Cell C,
I have tried to follow up and resolve numerous times but to no avail- I have now received a threatening sms to say my services will be cut off without payment- I want to pay my account- however I want to be given the correct invoice containing the credit! the reference numbers are as follows:

I have begged and pleaded to resolve this issue however I seem to be blocked at every opportunity to resolve!
