My phone broke in May 2013. It took Autopage nearly three months to fix the phone. They also never informed me that the phone was fixed. I had to keep on contacting them until they eventually fixed the phone.

Once I received it back I could not access any of the services I paid for, i.e. internet, etc. After a battle of almost a week I could access these services again. A week later I experienced the same issues and again had to battle for days to get it fixed.

And today, it is all here again. I can't even make outgoing phone calls. Even though I am on a business package and haven't ever missed a single payment since I've been with Autopage (over 10 years).

I find their service (or rather complete lack thereof) completely unacceptable and very frustrating.
