I have logged a query with your call centre and i must say that iam really not impresed with how 8ta has treted me as a client.kindly note that i was debited R1550 this month, after being advised that my account has been closed.

I called your call centre and reason being that i was moving from Nedbank to FNB private clients and i needed to know what the status of my account was.may i say that you people are incompeted in that it looks like you lack client service and you see no reason of contacting clients when you are amending stuff on clients accounts.iam really upset and i hope you can get what iam trying to say.20/05/2013 NUDEBT TELK500548882T130520 -1, 591.21 you pPL also decided to debit R1591.21 WHAT THE?

How do you tell a client that their account is paid off then you wait i don know how many months and then you decide to just debit money. CPA does not allow this.

Please sort this out before i escalate this further. NEVER WILL I EVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT FROM AN INCOMPETENT COMPANY LIKE YOU WHEN THERE IS VODACOM N MTN.

i REGRET EVER HAVING A CONTRACT WITH YOU PEOPLE.MTN is far much better than you people so sort this out and return my money urgently
