Never Got Back To me

Good day, I phones the MTN call centre about two months ago complaining about the fact that we have little to no cell reception, they directed my call where a lady helped us and told us that Lucky would get back to us in 14 working days. More than two months has passed now and I still don't have signal and Lucky never got back to me. Please help.
