Done an upgrade telephonically via the Corporate upgade call centre on the 25 Oct. to date i have not received the new phone. MTN is blaming the delivery company RTT and RTT claim that they could not get hold of me but donot leave messages. i have been phoning around between these to parties with no joy. MTN keep on telling me that it is with RTT and RTT tells me that it has been returned to MTN. No one is giving you a reference or call you back after they have commited that they will from both parties.
I am so disgusted with the service, and i am a client with MTN for more than 20 years.
