I signed up for a contract on the 22 Oct for a 3 gig data package through unisa and have only received 1 gig data to date. This is a 6 month contract that has been paid for upfront and i have not heard any response from Telkom regarding the issue. I have made numerous follow up calls and laid a case with Telkom however the only thing they can tell me is to just wait till they can find a resolution with no commitment or time frame indicated. I am dissapointed with the service provided and with the lack of concern regarding this issue and should i hear no response i will have to find another service provider with full reimbursement from Telkom, for as far as i know this is a breach of contract.
