Bad service, no response and open later than they

I called the customer service line days in a row and though they say they open at 8. I called to ask them to debit my account as on the day of the debit order they were unable to receive money, every time i called they were unable assist me just kept telling me that i will just have to wait. I waited and for the past hour and a half i am unable to get any assistance from the call centre and they aren't even answering the phone. I have never seen such a cellphone provider despite the fact that they close the earliest, there service is poor, they don't do follow ups or bother to inform their clients if they are having technical problems or anything. I am very disappointed in the virgin mobile service as one expects a higher quality fro them. Remind me never to take a contract with them again until their service improves and truly hope their CEO get to reads this too, cause i am fed up and i am not the only customer that feels this way
