Full refund to non profit organisatio

The charity I work for Dikeletsong Citizens' Advice Bureau, was charged a massive sum for out of bundle data usage, of which we were unaware.
I appealed to Dederick Venter, Executive Head of Vox Telecoms Consumer Division. He investigated the matter and within a day gave us a full refund based on our non profit status.
I am very impressed with his approachability and willingness to put social values before company profits!
