Still Waiting for Feeback

I am still waiting for feedback for a phone repair that was handed in over 2 weeks ago. It was a simple on/off switch that was jammed. My last sms was that it was sent away for advanced repairs. I popped in at the I-phone store and they mentioned that they can fix it within 6 hours of dropping it off, so i dont understand why Vodacom is taking so long. This is a company phone and i need it to do business with. I mentioned that this was urgent when I handed it in. I then tried to call the Century City branch to which i had to hold for 10min to be cut off. I am starting to get a little suspicious as this phone is also out of warranty which i feel that Vodacom is now taking advantage of with "Advanced repairs". This should of been an easy Hardware fix.
