Sick of Blackberry 8520 and Blackberrys service!!!

Good day I have a blackberry 8520, I bought it last year February 2012 at vodacom and they told me that its the best phone on the market knowing that YOU have problems with the software and the track pad. It has been in for 5 tie to repair the software and track pad, I am sick and tire of having to pay for something every month that does not work or is in for repair half of the time. Now you discontinued the phone and I have to sit with this phone for another year before I have to upgrade. Vodacom tells me That they can not do anything its all your responsibility, so now I want to know what are you going to do about this problem and how are you going to resolve this issue, because I work hard for my money every month and have to pay something that is useless and does not work!!! This is bad service can you sell a phone you know does not work and has problems???
