Worst service imaginable

The call centre needs proper training, you are constantly transferred from department to department and no one knows what to do so they take you across to someone else and that person still doesn't know what to do.you spend so long waiting for an answer that make sensebut instead You just don't get anything useful. in the end my phone is stIll broken and I cant get help with it
