Cell C Migration Department Bad Service

I'm still waiting for the migration department to contact me and I want to change my cell phone package and been waiting now for long for the migrations department to phone me, Ref Number: 3070200608 when I spoke to someone today they said they haven't seen a recorded on my account for the department to call me, so she emailed them to call me today, it is now 03:56 and still no phone call I've been waiting since last week for them to call me. so see if I can change my plan to a top up 100.

Please can you help me, their service is not good at all. and can't wait for my contract to expire so that I leave cell c cause their service if not up to standard.
