Settelment and Regestration Letters

My car was involved in an Accident and for more than a week i have been "fighting" with every department possible at Absa to get the paper work my Insurance provider requests.
I cant understand why I get transferred to so many people and this is such a mission.
I have never received a service so poor in my life and can promise Absa bank will NEVER see me as a customer again!!! I'm actually holding on the line as I type this report while waiting for one department to phone another one to ask where my copies are as its not on the system. WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE!!!
