I logged a complaint on sunday first off, to inform them that they took data from me when I used my internet at work, subsequently, had to put the phone in flight mode so it didn't chow more data. upon informing them, the tell you different stories and no one actually knows what they actually doing there as they politely said, iw was connected from 12:10am to 10:15am, how that is possible I don't know, when event took place between 9am and 9:30am and I have text messages with times and dates to prove the missing data. and instead of using the grey matter, they tell me it came off my day bundle, even though, well I am not a scientist, the data they claim was used, should have come off my night time bundle. so in two days, 4 different people gave me 4 different stories and when requesting a manager to call, they simply ignore you, as I logged a complaint at 2pm, now at 5pm there is no call, so it shows they have no regard for customer service and can your money in the form of data yet you must wait 7 working days for them to fix their own mistake, or as the one guy told me, if its billed like that, its billed like that!!
