Second month problems with my account!

This is now the second month that my account is wrong, why cant Autopage get it right???
Brian or someone SENIOR, Please can you URGENTLY contact me to sort out this problem, as your call centre cannot understand English... and I am tired of phoning and wasting my money to call Autopage EVERY MONTH.
