Hi,

My name is Anri, I would like to express my utter discust with Telkom. I have been trying to get hold of them for 2 weeks. I call everyday and hold for about an hour 3 times a day. I still can't get through. I have been waiting for them to move my lines to the new premisis. When I called in the first week of october to move the line they said it won't be a problem and I will receive an sms to set the date. I called on the 21st to follow up only to realize they never even bothered to notify a technictian to move my line. The operator then just told me sorry mam, there is too much copper in the area. We will not be installing your line. I asked hime what I should do. I run my own business and am currently running a loss due to no internet connectivety. I am on the verge to lose a R50'000 deal because of the poor service telkom is rendering. Above all, we have underground lines that are not affected by copper. Please assist me in getting my lines moved.
