I ordered the Huawei 15gigs In June or July. Being really busy I was unable to connect it within the 14 days before return. When I finally had time to set the device up I had absolutely no signal. I contacted 8ta several times to no avail, being told it must just be signal in my area (If this was so, why wasn't I warned against the device instead of wasting my time and money?). I went to the shop where I purchased the device and was told they do have a problem in that area and will place a claim for me and nothing happened. I then went back to the store and placed a claim myself, after a month of waiting I called 8ta and was told there was never a claim placed. So starting all over again I told them I have NO signal and am not able to use the 15 gigs at all. I either want to change the device for something that works or cancel the account!!!

Today I call to say I've had enough and want to cancel my account! I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. The service I have experienced is disgusting!!! I will warn people against 8ta, there signal and customer care!!!
