Good, im so disappointed yet again with the service provided to me. I ordered a phone and received it lastweek monday and i called vodacom to do a sim swap and to activate my card on Tuesday @8:57 and they told me to switch the cell off for 3hours and i did that but up until now the cell is not working. its says not registered on network. i kept on calling the call centre since tuesday and i was given 2 reference numbers S3-T4Q9Z-2SK0 and S3-T4R2I-IXG6R and thse reference numbers were given to me lastweek but still the cell is not working. can i get someone that will resolve this matter today or Vodacom can come and fetch their cellphone.
