Vodacom claims their service have improved, a lie, they should be fined millions for our money. 7 out of 10 calls cut in the first minute and you get charged again and again to re connect your call. The call centre laughs at you if you try to log a call. The company I work for have a very large amount of phones on contract and all of us including people we deal with are suffering the same problems. We call it the alien sounds. The consumer board should intervene as this is. I listened to the head of Vodacom talking to John Robie on 702, I was trying to call in but my phone gave me the alien cut 3 times as I was holding to comment!!!
